Our Classes
Treks and Tracks Education
Treks and Tracks offers premier outdoor education in outdoor rock climbing and back country skiing and boarding. The classes are taught by highly trained and certified guides each with years of experience in the outdoor education industry. All of our classes take place in California. Our rock climbing classes are offered at Castle Rock State Park and Pinnacles National Monument near San Francisco. Our back country ski/board classes and avalanche awareness classes take place in the Lake Tahoe region.
Castle Rock: Kids Climbing Camp
During the 3 day camp, kids, ages 8-14 will have an unforgettable experience in the outdoors. Beyond rock climbing in Castle Rock State Park, activities include exploration walks and learning outdoor skills.

Rock Climbing Seminar
In our Seminar you will receive in depth training on placing gear, building anchors, advanced climbing techniques and much more. This course is designed for individuals who want to take their climbing to traditional routes and multi-pitch routes.
Avalanche Clinic
This avalanche clinic covers the fundamentals of avalanche awareness. You will learn how to read the warning signs and manage the risk of avalanches in the backcountry. These skill are essential for anyone who travels in backcountry winter terrain.
Ski Touring Essentials
Get into the backcountry and enjoy virgin snow. Learn the skills it takes to ski in the backcountry safely and efficiently.
Guided Ski Tours
The overnight ski tour takes us into the Lake Tahoe back country where we earn our turns in pristine alpine terrain.
