Skiing in the backcountry can be an incredibly rewarding experience when done right. Our experienced guides will take you to untouched snow, and great ski terrain far off from the crowds.
Our trips are a combination of education and fun, meaning they are action oriented, so no long lectures or notebooks. Instead we hit the trail and experience the snow.
Our guides will cover some back country touring skills and share some avalanche assesment knowledge. However our ski touring essentials course covers these topics in depth and is recommended for participants looking to learn more about these topics.
This trip is a great introduction to ski touring. Spending a night out prepares you for longer future tours and allows for uncrowded, beautiful backcountry terrain.
